JAI AGGARWAL

ARCHITECT

Jai Aggarwal graduated from NIT Hamirpur in 2013 and did his masters in Urban Regeneration from JMI Delhi in 2018. As a student, he was part of winning team for design competition for Computer Centre at NIT Hamirpur. His passion in architecture always kept him engaged in numerous small residential and interiors projects during his college days. He worked at Concepts Planners International, Delhi for four years and gained experience on residential and institutional projects. He was also associated with Archtree, Delhi and Livspace which work on commercial and residential interiors respectively. He established his own practice as Team Work Design Studio (TWDS) in 2016 at Delhi with Komika Walia and Aanchal Aggarwal. While in Delhi, he did many residential and interior works at Jammu. In beginning of 2019, he joined SGA, Delhi as their local architect for IIT Jammu. In May 2019, he left SGA and reinstated TWDS under the name ARCHITECTS ABODE with their head office in Jammu. He is the lead designer along with primary responsibility of directing the practice.

KOMIKA WALIA

ARCHITECT

Komika Walia graduated from NIT Hamirpur in 2013 and did her masters in Recreation Architecture from JMI Delhi in 2018. Komika has Experience of over 6 years in the field. She has been associated with Architects Abode when it was TWDS since 2016. She has worked on range of residential and government projects, with Ar Ranjit Kanaujia, in Himachal Pradesh for two years (2013-14 and 2015-16). In 2014, she shifted Delhi to work under Atwal Associates, where she has worked on two high rise residential towers. She was the Design Team Lead in both the projects at Atwal Associates. Currently she is Assistant Professor at School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Based in Delhi, her role is to convert the design idea into concepts and further as design presentations for clients. She is the bridge between the design team in Jammu and projects in Delhi. She also manages the marketing and advertising part of the practice.

ALEEK KAUR

ARCHITECT

Aleek Kaur graduated from SMVDU, Katra in 2015. She has been associated with Architects Abode since May 2019.

She worked in Dubai for two years and has done extensive work on high end interiors of residential and commercial projects. She is part of Design Team at Jammu and works from HO. Her role and responsibilities include design development, client handling and site execution. She also takes care of coordination with local bodies for approvals and permissions.

SAKSHI SHARMA

ARCHITECT

Sakshi Sharma is a graduate of SMVDU, Katra. She has Experience of over 5 years in this field. She has gained extensive experience about the market scenario and work environment in Jammu. She has developed a niche for herself in design of residences, banglows, high end Interiors of commercial, retail and residential spaces. She has a keen eye for every detail in the design and works till its execution. Her love for technology, has pushed herself to learn almost every software required in this profession. She takes care of all the projects directly from head office and coordinates between our team, consultants and vendors.

AANCHAL AGGARWAL

ARCHITECT

Aanchal Aggarwal graduated from SMVDU, Katra in 2015 and did her masters in Recreation Architecture from JMI Delhi in 2019. She has Experience of over 5 years in the field. She has also been associated with Architects Abode when it was TWDS since 2016. She has worked at Plural Design Consultants, Delhi from 2016-2018. She has experience in architecture and interiors of residential, commercial and institutional projects. She is part of Design Team and handles projects in Delhi. She coordinates with Jammu team and looks after project execution in Delhi. Apart from this , she is Visiting Faculty Assistant Professor at IGDTUW, Kashmere Gate, Delhi.
